My background spans international markets- Nordic, Baltic, and global - and includes deep competence in AI transformation of sales and marketing as well as customer value improvement by customer relationship and omnichannel experience development. I have consistently led complex transformation programs, leveraging data, analytics, and emerging technologies such as AI to drive both commercial results and operational efficiency.
